First off:
"I was so afraid I'd lost you..." were the words I thought when I drew this and I don't know why... but you know that feeling where you just can't hold a person close enough or squeeze them tight enough? I think that's what happening here.

I know Korra's gonna be all bad-ass Avatar and save most of everybody ever forever... but I like when a hardcore girl gets saved when she wasn't expecting it. I'm not saying she has to be a damsel in distress AT ALL, but a little help and love don't take away from her badassery. _{Also, I'm a sucker for heroic sacrifice.}

Thirdically: I wanna see Korra in a mischievous mood. Maybe about to prank Mako or Tenzin or something lol
