The Bad Wolf

Based off of an idea that a friend tried to explain to me for a tattoo he wants. This isn't for that, but the idea was interesting so I wanted to draw it.

He had mentioned wanting the light of the TARDIS to shine out through Rose's eyes, but I just wanted to work with lines. So I used her irises as a point of origin for the emphasis lines, like the light atop the TARDIS. I like how it implies a glow without having to use any tone.
